•Electrize is bound to replace sold products against products of same segment.
•When product segment purchased 7years ago is accepted for buyback then it will be replaced on basis of purchase rate.
•It is necessary to attach purchase invoice for replace and service.
•It is mandatory that product should have manufacturing date.
•While replacing product must be in running condition for e.g. fan motor must be in working condition, blades should be presented along with fan etc.
•In case of burnt product, guarantee and warranty is null and void.
•In cases when product is claimed for replacement and the current price has increased, then difference of price is to be paid by customer.
•If it is not possible to service the product, then product will be replaced.
•The service of goods is only possible when approved by authorized representatives.
•3 Months of time, after 7years, will be provided to customer, so that he can replace the entire range of purchased products.
1.Dealer:-
•If any product is claimed and at that time, if the model has changed then new fitting model will be provided, and any price difference will be borne by customer. In case price is reduced then product will be replaced free of cost.
•If any product is without manufacturing date, then it will be considered as a product of 2018.
•All claims for buyback to be settled by dealer.
2.Service centre:-
•After servicing fans, it will be home delivered.
•Damage resulting from misuse and mishandling of product will be replaced only if Electrize agrees.
•All claims concerning replacement will be liable only if service centre approve that claim to fit for process.
3.Electrician:-
•Electricians will be trained from time to time about usage and application of Electrize product through
Electrician meet.
